Create a list and description of products and/or services you offer in order of priority. Is this list easy to find on your website?

Outline some of the key benefits from your customer’s perspective. (eg: convenience, luxury, and style, easy to use, etc)


5. VISITOR SEGMENTS

What type of visitors are you trying to attract to your website? (eg: new pet owners in NJ, florists in NYC area)


6. TONE

What tone will help you connect with your segments on your website, social media, etc? (eg: friendly, formal, upbeat, energetic, warm, etc)


7. CURRENT PROCESS

9. KEYWORDS
